The Villa
The property is in its own large grounds and extensive sun terracing of over 300m2. The garden has many fine local plants and citrus trees. It is located in a quiet no through road and due to its size and position is very private.

It has its own driveway and extensive parking area under the shade of several mature pine trees. All the main rooms have air-conditioning and for those staying in the cooler months the villa has central heating throughout.
The property has a beautiful mosaic tiled swimming pool 9 x 4.5m with roman steps for easy access and surrounded by palm trees providing dappled shade as well as many terrace areas for sun bathing, sitting and lazing in a shady spot or just relaxing at one of the many outdoor dining areas to enjoy a drink, food or just talking with family and friends.
This is a perfect location and villa for you and your friends to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

The Beaches
There are many beaches in the area along the coast near the villa. Our local beach is popular and a quiet pebble beach only a short walk from the villa ( 8 mins).
The nearest sandy beach is the main town of Moraira and only 6-8mins drive away with lots of free parking.
There are many other beaches such as Calpe, La Fustera, Javea , Denia and of course Benidorm.

Very Restful Stay
We hired the villa for the month of March to share amongst family members. There was plenty of space for everyone with all facilities on hand. Nearby beaches and restaurants a plenty with some very good recommendations from the owners.
We took a disabled family member and the top floor of the villa was ideal for them, a local shop, again recommended by the owners, was able to deliver & collect additional equipment which you can order on line.
The accommodation is peaceful at this time of year and the local area not to busy. We all had a very restful stay, the villa was ideal for our group and the owners were extremely helpful.Very many thanks again Mandy!

Wonderful Venue
This is just a wonderful property to rent due to its location, spaciousness, facilities and high standard of comfort and cleanliness. It was large enough to accommodate ourselves and a group of friends, and was extremely good value. We are definately going to book again and can't sing its praises highly enough. Also, the owners are such lovely people, great communication and nothing was too much trouble, great advice on local restaurants etc. Thank you.

A Charming Villa
We stayed recently in this most charming of villas with a group of friends. The property itself is well presented with loads of space, a good number of rooms and a beautiful pool/patio area and surrounds - ideal for evening bbqs! Finding it was easy and there is ample space to park. The location is quiet and peaceful but with pleasant restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. There are plenty more restaurants, to suit most tastes, within a short drive. Moraira is a lovely town and there are a lot of sights to see in the broader locale as well as beaches for those who like sand and sea. Overall we all had a great, relaxing time and would recommend this villa to others.

Wonderful Location​
We were three brothers and wife's celebrating our Golden Wedding, one from Scotland one from England and one from Australia. We could not have had a better reunion in a better Villa.
Amanda was the easiest person I have ever dealt with, and I have been renting Villas in Moraira for the past 9years.She is a model landlady, very helpful and considerate.
I would recommend this Villa to anyone looking for space and location for a very relaxing holiday.
